The Appart-Hotel VILLA IVISKI is a small paradise on the green island of Aegina, at one hour's distance from the port of Piraeus.

Aegina: the first capital of Greece with its innumerable churches, its famous archaeological sites and its eternal historical monuments.

The Appart-Hotel is situated on a very quiet street, a cul-de-sac with absolutely no traffic, at 300 metres from the sea shore. The 16 self-contained studio-flats are built in two independent buildings, on five levels, which are linked by a picturesque staircase next to the SNACK BAR which hospitably awaits our quests.

All flats have windows to the West and East, spacious covered verandas overlooking the sea or the garden and the pool. From their back side one can admire the green pinewood.

Each flat has a fully equipped  kitchen which includes from fridge and cooker and cooker-hood to all necessary utensils, cutlery and china. Every studio-flat has telephone, air-conditioning, safe, television with radio, clock and alarm clock.

In all parts one can appreciate the cleanliness, the comfort as well as the excellent service.

The all-green garden, full of flowers, the imposing banana-trees, the lemon-trees and the impressive vine arbours, together with the spotless swimming pool, form the ideal place for rest, relaxation and serenity.

In the bar, by the pool, in the garden, on the terrace we promise that you will pass unforgettable moments and we are sure you will wish to come again next year, as do all of our guests-friends..
